BVI has grown rapidly in recent years. Today, it represents the interests of 116 fund companies and asset managers with some EUR 4 trillion in investment capital for private investors, insurance companies, pension funds, banks, churches and foundations.

Our mission

We promote sensible regulation and fair competitive conditions for the fund industry with politicians, supervisory bodies and international institutions.

Our members

The member companies

of the BVI together cover over 95 percent of the German fund market in terms of assets under management. All fund providers active in Germany can become BVI members - regardless of whether they invest in securities or tangible assets, pursue active or passive strategies, specialise in administration or portfolio management, or focus on institutional or private investors.
